If you are organising an event you may wish to use our support services to vet and approve contractors and exhibitors to ensure compliance with your principle contractor duties.
We can help guide them through making safety declarations to you as the organiser and collate their plans, insurances and risk assessment documents that may be required according to best practice to help you deliver a safe event.
Events that we support include:
The Insomnia Gaming Festival Series
Held twice a year at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham until April 2024 when it closed its doors.
The London Film and Comic Con
Held in Spring, Summer and Winter each year at Olympia, London
Event types we have supported include:
Public sector events such as Commonwealth and Olympic Games
Consumer exhibitions and festivals – indoor and outdoor
Business events – indoor and outdoor often in temporary demountable structures on private or public land.
